300g rolled oat or mixed grains (spelt, oat)
100g seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseeds)
40g desiccated coconut
50g dried figs, cut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp coconut or olive oil
75g tahini
75h honey

Preheat oven to 180C. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Lay a large baking tray with baking parchment. Transfer the granola onto the tray and spread evenly. Bake for 20min or so, giving the tray a quick shake half way through the cooking to bake evenly.
